Trained in law, I started my career in social media risk management before specialising in UX and CX. Previously, I was Head of Digital and responsible for agency growth at Fin International a leading UK branding agency specialised in financial services. Over the years I have advised clients in financial services, education, construction, healthcare, and professional services.
